The teen who's accused of hitting and killing an Orange County deputy was on suicide watch Thursday.

Deputies said 19-year-old Allan Barahona hit 26-year-old Deputy Michael Callin on an I-4 ramp near Universal on Tuesday.

Jail Guards said Barahona tried to take his life Wednesday night at the Orange County jail.

Deputy Callin died Wednesday night. His family and as many as 300 deputies were there.

As for Barahona, murder charges will not be filed until police and the State Attorney's Office review the case.
