KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Walt Disney World could be the ticket to a great career, according to a new survey.

Disney is at the top of Business Week's "Best Places To Launch A Career."

The magazine said it surveyed undergraduate career services to find out which employers were creating a buzz on campuses. The finalists were then asked to complete a questionnaire about pay, benefits, retention and training.

They also surveyed 37,000 college students about their most desired employer.
