Kaeding will try to unseat Connor Barth, who signed a long-term deal in 2012.
Heading into his seventh season, Smith has been plagued by injuries in recent years with St. Louis and Philadelphia after making the Pro Bowl with the Giants in 2009. Buccaneers offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan was his position coach in New York from 2007-09 and they won Super Bowl together there.
Smith has only 25 receptions in the last two seasons since undergoing microfracture left knee surgery.
Landri also enters his seventh season. He was with the Eagles in 2011 and `12, and also played for Jacksonville and Carolina. Landri has only 23 starts in 79 pro games.
