Cornerstone Awards and Gala

The Central Florida Urban League is hosting its inaugural Cornerstone Awards & Gala on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Hilton Orlando. The Cornerstone Gala will celebrate organizations and individuals that have made significant contributions to the community within the four areas of empowerment that are the cornerstones of Urban League; Youth Development, Economic Empowerment, Workforce Development and Health Awareness.

CFUL Youth Development programs provide access to higher education and offer leadership opportunities for children. CFUL also partners with local businesses to improve employment opportunities for job seekers with a multi-faceted approach to training, development and opportunity. The Economic Empowerment program provides budget and credit counseling, homebuyer education and rental readiness.
