POLK COUNTY, Fla. - Deputies in Polk County arrested a 44-year-old man, who is a local mobile video game franchise owner, on Tuesday on more than 20 counts of lewd and lascivious acts on children.
Leonard Richard Filipkowski of Lakeland has been charged with nine counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 16 years of age, and 11 counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a child.
Deputies said Filipkowski owns a well-known business called
Games 2 U, which is housed in a mobile van equipped with flat-screen televisions and video games.
According to the arrest affidavit, Filipkowski admitted to performing sex acts in the van on one victim, who was 13 years old at the time, and admitted to performing sex acts in his home on another victim, who was 13 or 14 years old at the time.
Deputies said Games 2 U travels throughout Central Florida booking events such as birthday parties, children's events, and church and school functions.
