27 Community Connection is proud to support the American Diabetes Association in the Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes on Saturday, November 3 at Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin! Nearly 26 million people in the United States have diabetes. Everyone has a personal reason for participating in Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes; what is yours? For over 20 years, participants have been changing the future and making a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes.

Registering for the walk will provide the American Diabetes Association with community-based education programs, protect the rights of people with diabetes and fund critical research for a cure. Once you register, you’ll have your VERY OWN web page with access to tools to help you fundraise for your Step Out Center!
