3 arrested in Celebration burglaries, car break-ins

CELEBRATION, Fla. — Osceola detectives said they caught two teens responsible for more than 12 break-ins in the community of Celebration, with the help of another accused burglar.

Justin Merrell was arrested earlier this month for breaking into cars and homes in Celebration, officers said.

During questioning, deputies said Merrell, 18, claimed he had worked with two other teens, Daniel Polanco, 17, and Adek Shurba, 16.

Deputies said they tracked the pair down and arrested them.

Officers said Shurba and Polanco were arrested and booked into the Orange County Juvenile Detention Center and Merrell was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
