3 fire rescue workers accused of engaging in sexual activity while working

POLK COUNTY, Fla. - Three Polk County Fire Rescue employees may soon be out of a job, following an investigation that found they were engaged in sexual activity while on the clock, officials said Wednesday.

Officials said two medical supervisors and a battalion chief have been given a pink slip.

A fourth employee, a deputy chief, will be suspended without pay for receiving inappropriate text messages on his work-issued cellphone.
