He told detectives he had smoked marijuana earlier in the day and he stole the potato chips because he was hungry.  He was trespassed from Wal-Mart.  Criminal history:  domestic violence Battery; violation of probation (Imposed conditions); Crimes against person, VOP, Grand Theft, & Petit Theft.

JUVENILE FEMALE, 16-years-old; Lakeland; charged with Retail Theft; she was with an adult, Stephanie Harris. She told deputies she was the "lookout".  She was trespassed from Wal-Mart.  Criminal history:  Assault on an officer, resisting w/o, & felony criminal mischief.

Eveling Findlay; DOB 11/22/1978; 403 Tarawa Street, Lakeland; charged with retail theft; She was arrested at the Bealls Outlet located in north Lakeland for concealing clothing while in the dressing room. These items had a monetary value of $41.97. She was trespassed from Bealls Outlet.

Brooks R. Maxey, 01/04/1987, 3918 Bent Tree Loop, Lakeland; charged with retail theft & dealing in stolen property; he was arrested at the north Lakeland Target for using a previous receipt which he used to get a credit for an item he picked up in the store and did not purchase—he unlawfully received $26.74 in currency.  He was trespassed from Target.  Criminal history:  2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robyn Danielle Hilton, DOB 08/23/92, 525 Louise Drive, Lakeland; charged with retail theft; She was with Kaitlynn Griffith; she was arrested at the south Lakeland Wal-Mart for concealing cosmetics and false nails with a monetary value of $13.69. She was trespassed from Wal-Mart.

Remington Road, Lakeland; charged with Felony retail theft (3^rd offense) & VOP; he was arrested at the south Lakeland Wal-Mart for placing items valued at $9.98 in a shopping cart and bypassing all cash registers making no attempts to pay for the merchandise.  He was trespassed from Wal-Mart.  Mr. Dunbar is currently receiving Public Assistance.  Criminal history:  1998-grand theft; 2008-petit theft; 2010-robbery w/firearm & sudden snatching.
