Cops: Man used brass knuckles during attempted beer robbery; 5 arrested

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Five men were arrested on charges of trying to steal beer from a 7-Eleven in Osceola County, according to an Osceola County Sheriff's Office report.

Deputies said the men entered the store and attempted to steal beer, causing a confrontation with the clerk. One of the men had brass knuckles and attempted to strike the clerk before the five men left the store, deputies said.

The men were found at a Racetrac on East Osceola Parkway, deputies said.

The five men arrested were identified as Christopher Hokanson, 19, Kissimmee; James Alsen, 22, who is a registered felon of Campbell City; Steven Dwyer, 23, of Kissimmee; Colton Arnold, 19, of Kissimmee and David Thomas Brown, 19, of Campbell City.
