A new way to pay tuition: UCF students turning to Sugar Daddies to help cover college costs

ORLANDO, Fla. — With the rising cost of tuition, thousands of Florida students are providing “companionship” to Sugar Daddies to pay their school bills.

In 2018, Florida schools made up three of the top five universities in the country with student Sugar Babies on the website Seeking Arrangement.

Reporter Lauren Seabrook spoke with two UCF students about how these arrangements work and found out what happens when expectations go too far.
