An argument over keys ended with a Hays Drive home being riddled with bullets from an AK-47 in the hands of a man now facing two murder charges, Sanford police said.

Allen Cashe is accused of shooting six people Monday, including two boys, aged 7 and 8, police said.

LaTina Herring was killed at the scene and one of her sons, Branden Christian, 8, later died.

Cashe faced a judge on the new charge related to Christian’s death Friday.

Branden’s grandfather, Bertis Gerard Herring Jr., remains in critical condition at Central Florida Regional Hospital, while Branden’s younger brother, Brandon Christian, 7, is in stable condition at Arnold Palmer Hospital.

Lazaro Paradesquelite and Rakeya Jackson, the two bystanders, remain in stable condition at Central Florida Regional Hospital.

Body cam footage released by police:

Paradesquelite and Jackson were outside near the home when they were hit, police said.

Body cam footage of two incidents that happened before the shooting show police trying to calm down an argument between Cashe and Herring .

The first incident was reported at about 3:20 a.m. outside a Seminole County Wawa convenience store.

Herring complained to officers that Cashe had a key to her house while he said she had his car keys.

After several minutes, the two part and leave separately, but police are called to Herring's Hays Drive home 17 minutes later.

Herring told the officers that she called her father to come over and brought out a bag of Cashe's belongings, which he refused to take before leaving.

Sanford police also released 911 calls Friday that showed the chaos surrounding the shooting spree.

One woman told dispatchers time was running out for a survivor.
