Police: Armed man hits 2 Orlando 7-Elevens in less than 30 minutes

ORLANDO, Fla. — Police in Orlando were on the lookout for an armed robber Wednesday after he reportedly hit two convenience stores within 30 minutes.

The first incident was reported at a 7-Eleven in the 2600 block of Delaney Avenue just before 8:30 p.m., investigators said.

The robber was described as a black male wearing a black hoodie, black shorts and white shoes.

After robbing the store, he fled, but just before 9 p.m., police said he robbed a second 7-Eleven in the 4600 block of Dixie Belle Drive.

The man fled the store "by unknown means," the Orlando Police Department said.

No other information about the robberies was immediately released.
