Arrest made in fatal Apopka shooting

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —

A man is in jail Friday, facing charges of first-degree murder and attempted robbery, related to a fatal shooting in Apopka in April.

Gregory Anderson, 25, was arrested in Titusville Friday, according to Orange County Sheriff's officials.

Terrious Mandrell Miles, 34, was found shot to death in the backyard of a 13th Street home in Apopka in the early morning hours of April 20.

Miles was playing cards with a group of men. When he walked outside he was shot once in the head, according to investigators.
