BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Channel 9 has learned a Brevard County man arrested last month on child porn charges was also accused of child molestation 10 years ago.
Brevard County investigators charged David Muhleman after receiving a tip that he emailed child porn to someone in Ohio.
New court documents show Muhleman was never prosecuted in the molestation case because the alleged victim recanted her story.
He's now facing federal charges and is being held in the Orange County Jail without bond.
