SOUTH FLORIDA - A south Florida school bus aide is out of jail after being arrested on child abuse charges.
Police said Darryl Leon Blue choked an autistic child riding the bus home.
In surveillance video, the 13-year-old boy is seen crying as he was being choked with a safety harness.
Deputies said the child was being choked for urinating on himself.
"My son doesn't know how to cry. He laughs when he's in pain. He's is screaming. You can tell that he's in pain in agony," said Bertis Paulino, the child's mother.
Paulino said her son was physically and emotionally scarred from the incident.
