Lanes of I-95 southbound near Mims reopen following crash

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — A crash shut down some southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Mims Wednesday afternoon.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers said the lanes were closed at mile marker 226, just north of Mims in Brevard County following the 2:15 p.m. crash.

One lane remained open, and traffic moved slowly by the crash scene.

There is no word on the cause of the crash, or if there are injuries.

By 3:30 p.m. all of the lanes were open.
