DELTONA, Fla. - People in Deltona are rallying behind a pet grooming shop that was fined by the city for putting up a Toys for Tots sign.
The owner of Happy Tails sent a picture and said in the last 24 hours, she's collected dozens of toys.
She was fined $60 for violating the city's sign ordinance because the sign was bigger than what the city allows.
