Deputies: Grandmother arrested after toddler found wandering in parking lot

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A woman who was arrested in Orange County after a neighbor saw a toddler walking around a parking lot early Saturday morning is out on bond.

Neighbors called the Orange County Sheriff's Office after they spotted the 2-year-old boy walking around the parking lot  off Wellesley Lake Drive around 2:30 a.m.

Deputies arrested the child's 49-year-old grandmother, Gwendlyn Fuller, on charges of neglect. She was out Saturday afternoon on $1,000 bond.

Fuller said she had to go to work and left the child alone before her relief showed up.
