Deputies make arrest in 2013 bank robbery

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies said they've made an arrest in a 2013 bank robbery.

Benjamin Howard, 36, was booked into the Orange County Jail on a robbery charge Wednesday afternoon.

Howard is accused of robbing the Fifth Third Bank on Curry Ford Road in December 2013.

Deputies said Howard's family members came forward and identified him after seeing video of the robbery on the local news. Another man also came forward saying Howard stole the sunglasses he wore during the robbery from him, according to deputies.

He's being held at the Orange County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
