Deputies: Man fatally shot at Orange County home

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Update: Donte Liltron Miller, 21, was arrested Nov. 9 and faces charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a firearm, deputies said Friday. Jordan Benjamin, 21, was arrested and faces charges of first-degree murder, deputies said, and Maleek Lindsay, 20, was the third person to be arrested in connection to the shooting, deputies said.

A man was fatally shot late Monday at a home near Meadowbrook Middle School in the Pine Hills neighborhood, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.

The shooting was reported at 11:30 p.m. on North Lane near North Powers Drive, Orange County Lt. Shane DeJarnett said.

DeAngelo Alan Henderson, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene, DeJarnett said.

"The facts and circumstances leading up to the shooting are unclear at this time," he said. "At this time, there has not been a suspect description provided."

Detectives were called to the home "to conduct a follow-up investigation."

The shooting remains under investigation.
