Deputies search for person of interest in fatal shootings

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County deputies are looking for a person of interest in a double-fatal shooting from earlier this month.

Deputies want to speak to Nicholas Lopez, who is the brother of David Lopez.

David Lopez was arrested in North Carolina in connection with shootings at the Misty Oaks apartments on Aug. 5.

Deputies found Amanda Johnson and Ron Williams shot to death.

Another victim was also shot, but she survived.

James Stewart was also arrested in connection to the shooting, after being at the center of a long standoff in an Orange County home.

Detectives believe Nicholas Lopez may be in the Orlando area.
