Deputies: Robbery suspect turns himself in

POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A man wanted by Polk County deputies turned himself in Wednesday.

Theodore “Ted” Spencer is accused of robbing the Beverage Depot in Inwood two weeks ago.

Deputies said Spencer pretended to have a weapon when he robbed the clerks and forced them into a cooler.
