OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - A 12-year old girl told deputies that she was walking to school Tuesday morning in the area of Monterey Road and Brighton Court in Poinciana when she was approached by a man driving a green, older model sedan. Deputies said the man attempted three times to get her attention. When she turned around, the man was exposed and inappropriately touching himself.

The man then left the area and the victim told her parents, who then notified law enforcement.

The driver is described as light-skinned, thin man in his 20s or 30s. He's bald with brown eyes and was wearing a white T-shirt with a turquoise design.

The man was driving an older model green sedan with tinted windows.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at (407) 348-2222 or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS (8477). Calls made to Crimeline remain anonymous, and tips that lead to the felony arrest of suspects and/or the recovery of stolen property and drugs are eligible for cash rewards of up to $1,000.
