ORMOND BEACH, Fla. — Police in Ormond Beach believe the driver of a vehicle that smashed into a Wendy’s restaurant overnight may have suffered some sort of medical episode before the crash.
It is believed the individual, who was not identified, lost control of their vehicle and hit the building, ending up in the middle of the restaurant dining area, police said.
The driver was found dead after the incident, officers said
No information was immediately released.
