WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — The ramp from State Road 429 southbound to the Turnpike northbound is reopen following an overturned tractor-trailer crash, officials said Tuesday.
The driver of the truck, 43-year-old Chad Stewart of Mascotte, was killed, officials said.
Fuel and fertilizer spilled over the guardrail and into trees and bushes.
FHP said Stewart was the only person in the truck.
