Updated:ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
An inmate who was once convicted of third-degree murder and who escaped from his work-release program has been captured, according to Orlando police.
Richard Weber, 32, was caught at 4 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Curry Ford Road, according to police.
Police said he was arrested without incident and is being charged on an outstanding warrant of escape.
Weber was booked into the Orange County Jail.
