TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - An ethics complaint has been filed against Gov. Rick Scott.
On Monday 9 investigates reported on the financial ties between the Scott and a French oil drilling company at work near the Everglades.
The ethics complaint was filed by Broward County resident John Lundin.
In the complaint Lundin said the governor should have instructed the broker of the investment in a blind trust to not invest in any company the governor oversees.
The complaint also asks the Commission on Ethics to see if Scott has illegally profited from his investment.
