JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - State transportation officials are working to fix an embarrassing mistake.
A sign was being installed in Jacksonville when a worker noticed the spelling error.
Florida is misspelled, not once, but twice.
Officials said they blame the misspelling on the Arkansas-based company that manufactured the sign.
The company has agreed to fix the mistake.
