CENTRAL FLORIDA - Some homeowner advocates are worried that Gov. Rick Scott has signed a law that will "fast-track" foreclosures.
Experts said the process, which takes more than two years now, has the potential to be as quick as 45 days.
The bill is the first big change to Florida foreclosure laws since the real-estate crash.
Scott has said he supports the law because it will help get abandoned homes back on the market.
