George Zimmerman to fight rapper DMX in celebrity boxing match

SANFORD, Fla. — It's official: George Zimmerman will fight troubled rapper DMX in a celebrity boxing match, according to TMZ.

Last week, Zimmerman, who was acquitted in the shooting death of unarmed Florida teen Trayvon Martin, said he's agreed to participate in the boxing match.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman told TMZ that DMX was selected from 15,000 applicants. The three-round bout will take place at an undisclosed location and will be streamed live online on pay-per-view.

DMX apparently has already started the pre-fight taunts and tough-talk, promising to massacre Zimmerman if he gets the chance.

"I am going to beat the living (expletive) out him … I am breaking every rule in boxing to make sure I (expletive him right up," DMZ said.

DMX also said he'd literally (urinate) on Zimmerman's face.

Zimmerman reports to have been training for months for this opportunity.

"Prior to the incident, I was actually going to the gym for weight loss and doing boxing-type training for weight loss," Zimmerman told Radar.

The fight is currently scheduled for March 1.
