High school janitor in Volusia Co. accused of having sex with teen student

ORANGE CITY, Fla. — A Volusia County school janitor resigned from his job following accusations he had sex with a student.

Juan Granada, 25, was arrested and charged after authorities learned he allegedly had sex with a 16- or 17-year-old girl.

Investigators said the incident happened in November but didn't come to light until the New Year.

Authorities said Granada worked at University High School in Orange City.
