Man found not guilty in Osceola County courthouse brawl

ST. CLOUD, Fla. - A man involved in a brawl between two families that erupted inside an Osceola County courthouse during a double-murder hearing has been found not guilty.

Only WFTV was there in August when James Parker got into a fistfight with James Kun Sr., the father of James and Joel Kun, who were killed in St. Cloud.

Both families were in the same courtroom for a stand your ground hearing when the fight broke out.

Parker is the stepfather of the accused killer, Jason Clair, who claims he killed the two brothers in self-defense.

Parker was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the fight.

Trials for Kun and another man involved are pending.
