MAITLAND, Fla. — A government office complex in Maitland was evacuated after a suspicious device was discovered Tuesday afternoon.
An FBI spokesperson said the office building, on Trafalgar Court, which contains IRS and FBI offices, was evacuated after an FBI employee found a suspcious package in the mail.
The Orange County Sheriff's bomb squad detonated the box just before 2 p.m. in a parking lot of the building.
Those evacuated had not returned to the building at 2 p.m.
