Man, 19, stabbed at Orlando bar

ORLANDO, Fla. — A man had to be rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in the chest during a fight at a downtown Orlando bar.

The stabbing happened inside Bar One nightclub on South Orange Avenue at about 2 a.m. Monday.

WFTV spoke with witness Levi Reed who said he was worried for his safety inside the bar.

"It was a big rush towards the door." Reed said. "It was total chaos when they were bringing him out, girls crying and people not necessarily knowing what was going on."

Police said the 19-year-old victim was hospitalized in critical, but stable condition.

Investigators said a 19-year-old man was arrested on charges of attempted first-degree murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery.

The names of those involved were not released.
