Man accused of taking photos up woman's skirt at Walmart bonds out of jail

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — A Lake County man accused of taking pictures up a woman’s skirt has bonded out of the Seminole County Jail Thursday.

James Kuethe, 53, of Yalaha, bonded out shortly before 5 a.m.

Deputies said he snapped the photos Tuesday inside an Oviedo Walmart on Deep Lake Road while making a delivery for Blue Rhino.

He had been in the store for 30 minutes when he followed a woman into an empty aisle, squatted down and positioned his phone to take a photo up the woman’s dress, deputies said.

The woman asked Kuethe what he was doing, and he said "Nothing" and left the store without making his Blue Rhino delivery, deputies said.

Deputies said they’re not sure if Kuethe has tried to take pictures of other victims.

Surveillance video shows him getting into the delivery truck.

Kuethe's employer helped authorities track him down.
