ORLANDO, Fla. - A man will face a judge Tuesday after he was arrested on charges of killing a woman at an Orlando apartment, according to police.
Lashondra Collier, 31, was shot to death at the Timberleaf apartments early Monday morning.
Maurice Frye, 32, was arrested Monday night in Lake County, police said.
Investigators said they believe that Frye shot Collier after an argument.
Police said a witness was in the apartment at the time the shooting took place.
Frye was booked into the Orange County Jail on charges of second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
