Man given two life terms for Volusia Co. robbery and carjacking

HOLLY HILL, Fla. — A convicted felon has been sentenced to two life terms in prison for multiple crimes, including carjacking a 60-year-old woman at gunpoint.

Investigators say that in September 2012, Glenn Neal stole the woman's car at a Walmart in Holly Hill then robbed an Ormond Beach bank 15 minutes later.

They said he crashed the car shortly after.

A jury deliberated for less than an hour before finding the 26-year-old guilty on all charges.
