ORLANDO, Fla. - A man was kidnapped while waiting at a bus stop at the Florida Mall near Sears late Sunday night, authorities said.
The victim said he was taken by three men and driven to a house near New Hope Road and Boggy Creek Road, where he was robbed and held for several hours.
Authorities said the men battered the victim and then took him to a nearby ATM to withdraw money.
The victim, whose name was not released, was then driven to Boggy Creek Road and released.
Authorities said the victim and the suspects knew each other and it was not a random act.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
