Man shocked with Taser, shot while walking to Center for Drug-Free Living

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Orange County investigators said two men shot a man while he was walking to The Center for Drug-Free Living early Wednesday morning.

The shooting happened at about midnight near Michigan Street.

Authorities said the men chased the victim onto the property after he refused their orders to stop walking, and that is when they shocked him with a Taser, and then shot him.

Investigators said the bullet grazed the man's head.

Detectives said the men drove away in a white sedan.

The victim, whose name was not released, was not seriously injured and will be OK.
