Man killed in Pine Hills apartment shooting

PINES HILLS, Fla. — A man was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Pine Hills Sunday night, authorities said.

Orlando police said Keith Griffin, 19, was shot at the Windsor Cove Apartments on Mercy Drive just after 8 p.m. Sunday.

Griffin was rushed to the hospital where he died of his injuries, authorities said.

"It's a sad situation, being a mother three kids. It's fights here and there, but there is no violence," said resident Tree Hadley.

Investigators said they do not know the motive behind the shooting.

"We are looking for three black male suspects," Sgt. Lovetta Quinn-Henry said. "And, we're asking anyone who has any information to please contact Crimeline or the Orlando Police Department."
