Marion Co. man making machine guns in home arrested, deputies say

OCALA, Fla. — Marion County deputies arrested an Ocala man after getting a tip that he was making machine guns in his home.

Detectives found 16 guns at 48-year-old Charles Lester's home after executing a search warrant.

They said five guns were converted to fully automatic weapons.

Investigators also said they found Lester carrying two guns on him without a concealed weapons permit.
