Missing Central Florida toddler may be in Jacksonville or Georgia

LEESBURG, Fla. — The Lake County Sheriff's Office is seeking a missing 2-year-old child who may be in Jacksonville area or Georgia.

Luna Simons-Millsap was last seen in the company of 23-year-old Stephen Millsap and 23-year-old Taylor Dwyer, according to a Florida Missing Person Flyer from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Luna may be traveling with Millsap and Dwyer in a black 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara.

Luna has blonde hair, blue eyes, weighs 37 pounds and is 2 feet 4 inches tall.

Millsap has blonde hair, blue eyes and is 5 feet 11 inches tall.

Dwyer has blonde hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 95 pounds.
