Mom accused of trying to prostitute daughters will not face charges

An Osceola County mother arrested on charges of prostituting her three underage daughters will not face charges, WFTV found out Friday.

In November, detectives set up a sting operation to catch Paula Howard.

Officers said they watched as she tried to get $20 in exchange for sex with her daughters.

But a representative with the State Attorney's Office said there was insufficient evidence in the case, so it will not go forward.
