ORLANDO, Fla. - Zenaida Gonzalez and
meter reader Roy Kronk filed motions against Casey Anthony. The pair is suing her for defamation in state court.
Anthony delayed both cases when she filed for bankruptcy, and
now both parties want the judge to let them resume their cases, in spite of the bankruptcy.
Anthony is on a tight deadline to take a financial management course or else her bankruptcy filing may get tossed out.
She has 60 days from a March 4 hearing to take the class.
Anthony claims she's broke and can't pay the nearly $800,000 she owes in legal fees.
