BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. - Channel 9's Melonie Holt uncovered new details Thursday in a killing that shocked a quiet Brevard County neighborhood.

Benjamin Wojenski, 63, was found dead inside his Titusville home last Wednesday.

Amanda Lee Blair is being held without bond in the Brevard County jail on second-degree murder charges in the death of Wojenski. But according to court records, she told investigators she was the victim.

Blair was arrested less than 24 hours after Wojenski's body was found inside his Cherrywood Lane home on Dec. 12. Records show he was stabbed in his face, head and neck.

Investigators were conducting interviews Thursday afternoon. They said they're convinced Blair won't be the only one arrested in the case.

Blair was initially arrested in Flagler County. At the time, investigators said, she was inside Wojenski's 2001 Corvette.

A large, wide-screen television and other items were missing from Wojenski's home.

When Titusville police traveled to Flagler County to meet with Blair, they said, her left hand was bandaged.

She admitted knowing Wojenski, according to police. They said she told them Wojenski tried to rape her and that she did drugs and was afraid no one would believe her.

Police said she asked for a lawyer and made the spontaneous statement, "It was self defense."

According to police, Blair also claimed Wojenski stabbed her in the hand.

Anyone with information is asked to call Titusville police.
