CLERMONT, Fla. — The state fire marshal is trying to determine what started a house fire in Clermont that killed a woman.
Firefighters said flames were shooting out of the windows when they arrived at the home in the Greater Hills subdivision off State Road 50 Thursday night.
Firefighters searched the home and found the victim's body after a neighbor told them a woman lived in the home.
The name of the victim has not been released. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
