Disney ‘incorrectly charged’ annual passholders on monthly payment plan

BAY LAKE, Fla. — Walt Disney World announced it is working on refunding annual passholders who may have been overcharged Friday.

Many people on monthly payment plans said they woke up to a big charge: four months of payments on their annual passes.

Disney suspended payments for its annual passholders while it was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
