Orlando firefighters rescue toddler who locked himself in car

ORLANDO, Fla. — Ken Rubin and his family were shopping in Orlando Thursday afternoon when his 2-year-old son grabbed the keys and locked himself in their car, according to a Facebook post.

Police were nearby when the Rubins' son Apollo locked himself in their Audi.

Rescue workers tried to coax the toddler into opening the doors while his family tried to get Audi to open the doors.

Despite trying for half-an-hour, Audi was unable to get the doors unlocked.

Rescue workers then broke a window on the car and pulled Apollo out. Paramedics examined him and determined he was uninjured.
