Orlando Firefighter's Union files complaint over cell phone

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Orlando Firefighter's Union has filed a complaint against the city over a cell phone the fire chief is accused of using to text witnesses during an arbitration hearing.

Last month, the city claimed the phone was either lost or stolen.

In the complaint, the union said the city did provide a list of incoming and outgoing texts from the phone, but most of the 500 messages were blacked out.

The union is now asking for a hearing on the issue.
